My name is Jade Tripp and I am here to talk to you about the important link between prepping and mental health. In today’s unpredictable world, it is more important than ever to take control of our own safety and well-being. By being prepared, both physically and mentally, we can reduce our anxiety, increase our confidence, and improve our overall quality of life.
First and foremost, being prepared gives us a sense of control over our lives. Knowing that we have a plan in place for any situation can help ease our minds and reduce feelings of helplessness or fear. This sense of control can have a powerful impact on our mental health, helping to reduce stress and anxiety levels.
One example of this is Sarah, a young woman who lives in a high-crime area. After experiencing a break-in at her home, Sarah began to feel unsafe and anxious in her own space.
