Prepping, or being prepared for potential emergencies or disasters, is a crucial skill that every woman should have in her arsenal. Whether you’re walking home from a late-night study session, navigating a new city for a job interview, or simply going about your daily routine, knowing how to protect yourself and stay safe is key.

One of the first steps in prepping is developing a personal safety plan. This plan should include things like knowing your surroundings, having emergency contacts saved in your phone, and always letting someone know where you are going and when you plan to return. By having a solid safety plan in place, you can minimize the risks of potential dangers and feel more confident as you navigate through your daily life.
